For A2A Spa, as PM, managed the backend project of the institutional mobile App designed on Google Cloud Platform. The backend was developed with Microservices technology on K8s and retrieve information from several sources as Billing system, CRM system and Data Platform system- For A2A Spa, as PM, managed the project of communication posting designed on Google Cloud Platform. The platform was developed with Microservices technology on K8s and has leveraged on others GCP components (DAG, Apigee, Function and so on). This solution orchestrates of all production of sales and marketing communications \'till the end user delivery- For GSE, as PM, I followed the project of institutional portals for funds disbursement of that have been made available by the PNRR, developed on SFDC.org- For Rina Spa, as Program Manager and Delivery Lead, I followed project streams for a digital transformation of the services. All projects were developed using Salesforce E-Commerce and Salesforce Filed Service- For one of the major companies in the utility sector located in the center of Italy I act as Project Manager on a project based on SFDC.com technology for which I follow and coordinate: the evolutionary stream, the management of the AMS and the data migration. In addition to the technical part, I control the project economics and supervise the quotations of any evolutions or crs.
