Deliverables- Completes 2-3 energy audit reports per week.Key Responsibilities- Attends department meetings via Teams several times a week for a review of completed reports and weekly site deployments- Follows up with customers to collect and verify energy audit data- Visits buildings to perform verification of equipment and schedules on site to create a “base case” scenario- Normalizes and correlates energy data to determine energy usage intensity and coefficient of performance- Proposes energy conservation measures to generate an “energy efficient” scenario- Focuses primarily on mechanical retrofits and building automation optimization- Cross-references existing building reserve funds to determine project cash flows- Inputs technical qualification sheets to determine building incentives- Proposes energy-efficient measures for each building with payback periods, avoided costs, and incentives.
