In 2024 I made the successful transition from business owner for over 25 years back to employee, supporting the CEO of a national education charity to grow and transform the organisation, returning to surplus after successive years of decline. As well as offering a keen commercial focus my success relied on building effective partnerships with Board Members, Universities, Consultants, sports national governing bodies, suppliers and members. In October 2025 I joined a successful and growing Accountancy Practice in Worcester overseeing the billing, suppliers, facilities, marketing and aspects of IT and HR allowing the Partners to focus on clients and our team.I am also a strong supporter of community, youth and sport working hard to increase opportunities for the people who live in my part of Worcestershire.If you think you might benefit from connecting, please feel free to do so.
