I\'m a software engineer with over 20 years in the hardware industry, focused on building test and infrastructure services that keep complex hardware systems running smoothly at scale. I work across the entire tech stack—from cloud services and databases down through file systems and firmware to the platform level—and I\'m comfortable diving into any layer to solve problems.I\'ve designed automation frameworks and DevOps solutions using GitHub, Jenkins, Grafana, ELK Stack, Python, and a bunch of different databases, plus pretty much all the AWS services—EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, SNS/SQS, CloudWatch, you name it. I\'m also really good at using AI to speed things up and get results faster, whether that\'s converting design into working prototype, debugging or solving tricky problems more efficiently.What really drives me is understanding what the business actually needs and figuring out how to get there, both in the short term and long run. I\'m good at taking complicated technical stuff and explaining it in ways that make sense to customers and leadership, turning abstract concepts into clear action items.    Architected and deployed multiple scalable test frameworks and data center services on native AWS infrastructure (S3, EC2 Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, CloudWatch) that enabled successful launch and ongoing maintenance of all EC2 server offerings—including Intel/AMD/Graviton compute instances and advanced ML/AI platforms such as P-series GPUs, G-series accelerators, GB200/300 ultra-servers, and Trainium training instances—directly supporting AWS\'s infrastructure expansion and customer delivery commitments.Architected, developed, and orchestrated end-to-end workflow automation spanning manufacturing processes, firmware installation, security compliance enforcement, server provisioning, return merchandise authorization, lab infrastructure management, and firmware/hardware validation—coordinating collaboration across 10+ internal teams and multiple vendor organizations to reduce operational bottlenecks, accelerate server delivery timelines by streamlining cross-functional dependencies, and ensure consistent quality standards across the complete hardware lifecycle.Led testing of AWS-owned service processor firmware and delivered automated tests now used for all current and future server offerings.
