I am a dedicated and detail-oriented compliance professional with significant experience in regulatory risk areas, operational oversight, and governance within the finance and invoice factoring sectors. My career has been defined by a strong commitment to fostering ethical conduct, regulatory alignment, and organisational integrity across complex and evolving business environments.In my current role as Compliance Lead at FBOS, I have successfully driven the streamlining of the client onboarding journey, Improving processes, controls and procedures. I act as Deputy MLRO, and provide 2LOD oversight and training to business units and 1LOD. My prior roles across financial services, leasing, and multinational operations have equipped me with a broad and adaptable skillset — including risk-based testing, compliance monitoring, audit review, and policy development across multiple regulatory regimes (FCA, AML, GDPR, KYC).I bring a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to compliance, underpinned by formal qualifications in Anti-Money Laundering, Risk Management, and Business Leadership. Whether leading assurance reviews or advising senior stakeholders, I maintain a sharp focus on delivering effective control environments that balance compliance integrity with commercial goals.I am currently advancing my expertise further by studying for CIMA qualifications to complement my regulatory and operational background with deeper financial acumen.
