Control and automation engineer with over 14 years\' experience in the electrical and industrial automation areas. I have worked on developing and guiding automation projects, reviewing drawings, programming PLCs, carrying out field surveys to prepare \"As Built\", defining resources for project execution. I have experience in maintaining continuous galvanizing and annealing production lines. My work focuses on maintenance and process optimization by reducing production costs, increasing productivity, reducing the rate of maintenance and continually updating technology in order to ensure the operational continuity of the equipment and the profitability of the production process.I have led projects to replace automation systems, including Siemens S7-300 and S7-400 PLCs, Sinamics DCM AC/DC converters, supervision systems (Wincc, Cimplicity, Elipse Scada).I have experience in Python programming, VBA, Delphi, SQL Server and Oracle databases.I have written SQL scripts for the process indicators of a batch annealing furnace, collecting process data from ORACLE (version 10g) to build management reports.Working on technical specifications for the acquisition and/or modernization of industrial equipment, such as AC/DC converters, supervision systems, diagnostic tools and on-line monitoring (IBA PDA).I implemented an OPC interface from the manufacturer Kepware on a continuous galvanizing line to enable the collection and recording of process data in the company\'s online production monitoring system. Leading the digitization project of a continuous galvanizing line in collaboration with the automation management team. Approximately 40 analog AC/DC converters are being replaced by digital ones (Sinamics DCM), and in some cases, CC motors are being replaced by AC motors with their corresponding VFD.I provide training on automation, tools for diagnosing and resolving defects, and methodologies for identifying problems in the continuous galvanizing line\'s equipment for the line\'s technical maintenance team.I worked as a developer using Delphi 7 with Oracle 11g database and C# with SQL Server at Unimed Vitória (Brazil).
