We aim at developing leaders with a bleeding edge AI.As a nonprofit founder, I was responsible for starting an organization with a specific mission and purpose that benefits the public. I conducted research to identify the needs of the community I aim to serve, and analyzed the feasibility of the proposed mission and activities. Based on this research, I developed a strategic organizational plan and bylaws that outlined the steps required to achieve the organization\'s goals, including fundraising, marketing, outreach, team building, and program development.
