She works with other PYA Owners as well as department, program, and service line leaders on Firm, operational, and administrative management initiatives.Mouzhan oversees the PYA Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Administrative teams, and collaborates with the Executive Committee in managing legal contracts and compliance matters. In her role, she engages with PYA Information Technology, Marketing, and Facilities leadership. Mouzhan serves on the Operations Committee, Executive Committee, and PYA University Development Team.
