ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGERManaging entire animation team and keeping track of all on going work in pre-production, Bg, layout,rigging, animation and compositing department.Coordinating, Tracking and following up on a daily basis with multiple vendors from Mumbai, Delhi,Hyderabad, Bangalore and Philippines.Actively involved in daily communication and weekly virtual production meet with a German client for aninternational 2D animation series.One point contact between company and the client to make sure everything is on track, to avoid anymiscommunication.Passing on the client approved shots from the in-house animation department and respective vendors tothe compositing department of both in-house team and Nashik team.Collecting ETAs from each department\'s supervisor and leads to help Production Manager for internalplanning and then send the revised ETAs to the client as per our production plan.Instructing coordinators to update Shotgrid once the submitted files are reviewed by the client for the respective departments and vendors to proceed further.Keeping track of all shots/sequences ETA, date of submission, date of review received from client forevery version along with their current status with the help of Shotgrid. Also instructing coordinators to upload the shots on Shotgrid for client\'s review.
