Life is about vision and each person is determined by theirs and the greater it is the greater the person is usually seen.I have a strong believe that nothing is impossible all it takes is faith and believe.Africa needs its children to develop leadership, hardworking and competitiveness because we got it all from the fertile grounds, resources to lands just to name those three…It’s hard time for us to show to the world that we can do it and we will.Coming to me I was raised in an ordinary african family where we didn’t have the mean to go to the biggest school. The only thing that you could for standing out from the crowd in our public schools is to make sure that you work harder than everybody.In my early age I put in myself these mindsets of hardworking and excellence.After two years of technical training at polytechnic of Dakar (ESP) where I had a very challenging experience because you had to compete for being select in order to continue the third year and which I didn’t succeed.I after that was looking to different opportunities with my level of technician.Being selected by bp after a test of recruitment was an honor but also a surprise because of the huge amount of candidates we had back then.After a year of different and transparent tests based on meritocracy I eventually had been selected.In the number of applicants only 1.4% were selected to tell you how the level of selection was.
