Roles & Responsibilities:• Creating Bid, Baseline schedules for all company projects.• Maintain projects schedules throughout Preconstruction & construction phase.• Consumable & permanent Resources Loading as well as generating Project Histograms, Progress S-Curves and Cash flow.• Developing Cost Codes.• Generating project budget & measuring project progress using Earned value analysis.• Coordination between different project parties (Engineering, Procurement, etc.)• Preparing recovery schedules as needed• Prepare Delay Analysis / Time Claims.• Measuring project productivity, Utilizing Resources and analyzing the needed resources. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Achievements:• I was able to improve projects performance by utilizing resources and highlighting projects risk areas and creating more detailed sub-schedules for Areas with high risk.• Established a detailed Resource log with productivity to be used over all Projects schedules.• Lead the Project management team to optimize Cost due to inefficiencies. • Established a unified Performance reports, schedules templates with task pools to be used for all projects.• Built recovery plans for the delayed projects which minimized the ongoing delays and protected the company from liquidated damages.
