It includes the - Management of the « local » SDE of the commodity- Development of new suppliers- Management of cost / quality improvement workshops- APQP management for sensitive components / suppliers- Management of supplier crisis (Project & Mass production). Scope 2 : Brake Business Unit (Worlwide)+ Hitachi Astemo Europe- Process referent for the \"quality recovery plan\" program (Brake Business Unit) to manage critical crisis through the introduction of specific service providers companies- Process référent of the \"New Supplier Assessment\"(used for the introduction of new suppliers).
