ABOUT MOURAD EL-KHOSHT

Mourad is a seasoned project management professional with a diversified experience in Design, Construction, and Project Management delivering projects for international clients in a wide range of project types like Commercial, Infrastructure, Retail, Mixed-use, Residential, Electro-mechanical, and IT/AV maintaining a strong track record in delivering complex projects. With a background in construction engineering, Mourad has successfully led large-scale commercial, guest experience/hospitality, IT/AV and infrastructure upgrades, including high-profile fit-outs, capital improvement projects, and FIFA World Cup 2026 initiatives. His expertise spans contract administration, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and driving projects from concept to completion—on time and within budget. Mourad is a certified project management professional (PMP), and currently completing his Executive MBA,and has previously worked with industry leaders such as BC Pavilion Corporation, JLL, and Gleeds. Beyond project execution, he is passionate about optimizing processes, fostering collaboration, and leveraging innovative strategies to enhance project outcomes. He is also passionate about the Entertainment industry where he completed a Film/TV Producing program at New York Film Academy, a Production for VFX & Animation course at Vancouver Community College, and aThemed Entertainment Program at Nextgen Showcase where he developed a location-based entertainment project. he also worked as Production Coordinator producing commercials, digital content, and events, so he really enjoy combining his passions in media production, themed entertainment, and project management by being part of projects and experiences that brings people together by inspiring, engaging, entertaining, and might as well educating audiences.
