Leads workshops, & conducts GMOS & STDS studies independently at VAAs & input STDS results in APS to determine & close R2R gaps & work with all levels of a cross functional teams and partner with plant team members to help achieve the aggressive productivity & cost reduction targets. Work is of an involved nature, where a high level of independent judgment and discretion are exercised. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables • Identify and eliminate waste in entire value chain that includes Direct, & Indirect Labor. • Conduct GMOS & APS time studies to identify labor gaps, & Opportunities at LOC/VAA. • Provide solutions to fix R2R gaps, and ensure executions. • Review/ develop material job studies, improve Circle of Work, time study. • Provide technical support and issue resolution assistance to the plant Material teams on LMS strategies and time studies at offsite. • Analyze existing operations and propose continuous improvement. • Monitor adherence to recommended safety procedures and ergonomic guidelines. • Efficiency facilities design, layout, and processes that reduce cost/achieve operational.
