I’m a Senior Data / Analytics Engineer with 10+ years of experience building scalable data platforms and AI-ready datasets that enable product and business teams to make reliable, data-driven decisions.Most recently at Block, I partnered with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to design Snowflake data models, dbt pipelines, and analytics layers that transformed large-scale messaging and customer interaction data into trusted product metrics.My work focuses on the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Python, Looker), where I build dimensional data models, scalable ELT pipelines, and analytics platforms that enable self-service insights and faster decision-making at scale.I’ve also leveraged AI-assisted tooling (LLMs) to streamline data engineering workflows by accelerating SQL development, data modeling, and pipeline debugging, while maintaining strong guardrails for data quality, lineage, and reliability.Recently, I developed brand-agnostic support metrics within a centralized metrics layer (MCP), grounding natural-language queries in standardized dimensions and measures, improving the reliability of AI-generated analytics and reducing hallucinated insights.I’m particularly interested in building AI-ready data infrastructure, metrics layers, and product analytics platforms that enable teams to confidently use data and AI to drive decisions.
