As a Senior Product Manager at Zuora, I lead the platform product management team, focusing on building and delivering innovative data products that enable our customers to optimize their subscription business models. I have a strong background in computer science, with a Master\'s degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University and a Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering. I am also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Snowflake Fundamentals expert. I have over 7 years of experience in product management, working with agile methodologies, conducting customer interviews, running design sprints, prioritizing features, defining and tracking success metrics, and performing market research. I am passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning and fintech and I enjoy mentoring and speaking as a featured expert at Criya, a startup accelerator program.
