Work closely with Managers to get Client Requirement and to understand overall needs and requirements.(Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc) 2. Understanding job description based on Clint specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways. Sourcing of the profiles which can be done through searching candidates having desired skills for the given job specification with the help of different tools/internal database.4. Screening is the short-listing of candidates by identifying the prospective employees with required characteristics who best fit the position.5. After getting the shortlisted profiles we schedule the interviews with the client. I\'m Acting as a mediator between the client and the candidate providing feedback both ways after interview.6. I\'ll keep in touch with the selected candidate until the time he/she joins the company.
