Business Partnering and Networking – strategically partner and network with various leaders and stakeholders and drive SAP recruitment and hiring for their organization •Resource Management – maximize utilization of available SAP resources by connecting cohorts to the right networks or career experiences. Coordinate for interviews, feedback and outcomes related to recruitment/hiring.•Bench Management – proactively support and deploy available SAP pool as soon as possible to client-facing or business development engagements to ensure on the job learning.•Forecast Management – collecting and collating organization’s SAP staffing needs which change with time so that it can remain prepared to operate successfully.•Opportunity and Demand management – ensure seamless connectivity between pursuit teams and our available SAP talent. Provide dashboard and reports that are relevant and insightful for the business like/stakeholders/business unit team.•Training Location Coordination – Identify and secure optimal training locations, ensuring logistical requirements align with program objectives. Facilitate smooth transitions between training sites to maximize efficiency.•Trainer Sourcing & Recruitment – Sourcing and recruit top trainers for corporate training programs. Identify key talent and ensure alignment with client-specific training needs.•Developing Strategies – to understand client requirements and mapping the relevant SAP target pool with it.
