Ensure that all 300 financial advisors across Canada adhere to the MFDA guidelines• Primary liaison with other financial institutions when executing pension transfers, de-registartion, unlocking, specialized withdrawals etc.• Perform trade settlements, new account, client account maintenance, non-financial updates through FundSERV for client accounts and setting up and modifying systematic plans• Processing trades, investigating and correcting rejected trades• Resolving tickets raised by users including account access and navigation issues
