I’m Elle Miller—a passionate and people-first Industrial Relations professional with over 12 years of experience supporting construction project sites across the country. I specialize in advocating for the craft population, resolving conflicts fairly, and building bridges between field teams and leadership. Whether I’m coordinating onboarding for hundreds, guiding a supervisor through a tough conversation, or creating sitewide engagement programs, I bring compassion, clarity, and structure to the chaos of project life. My mission is to help people feel heard, supported, and set up to thrive—on site and beyond. I’ve worked with Bechtel, Fluor, and Matrix Service in field HR/P&O and employee relations roles, and I’ve served as a founding leader in DE & I spaces, like Women@Bechtel and NAWIC.
