The best way to predict the future is to create it.\"- Peter DruckerSince January 2022, I\'ve been in the driver\'s seat, leading the charge to ensure our products meet the rigorous requirements of the U.S. Army. In this role, I\'ve had the privilege of working with a cross-functional team, where we identify and align requirements, derive system architecture, and pinpoint potential risks.One of my most significant accomplishments has been developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors for a substantial $25M program, which includes over $5M worth of essential equipment.Additionally, I\'ve taken the lead on organizing customer meetings, diligently assigning Task Leads to each project, and ensuring the right expertise is available for every task. My goal is to make sure each customer meeting receives the support it needs.I\'ve been applying Army Futures Command (AFC) strategy and architecture to support crucial decision-making processes, along with consolidating existing and planned system architectures.Creating comprehensive architecture models has allowed us to capture the big picture of our enterprise, while also identifying future capabilities and interoperability needs across various offices and organizations.Identifying critical architecture and system-level trades has been a key aspect of my role, contributing to the success and timely delivery of solutions that align with our customers\' needs and objectives.I\'m genuinely grateful for the opportunities and experiences I\'ve had at Sherpa 6, Inc, and I\'m excited to continue making a difference in the field of program management and customer account management.
