Project Coordinator (MEP-Subcontractor)–Metro Rail Project CP-05 Line 06 •Coordinate design team to develop MEP design as per specification and performance of electrical & distribution networks, electrical machinery and components and electronic communications, instrumentation & control systems, equipment, and components.•Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports, product delivery Schedule and project completion time. •Develop maintenance and operating standards for electrical & electronic systems & equipment.•Prepare contract supporting technical documents.Responsible for developing Government utility sector & Private tender projects of Power Transmission & Distribution along with execution plan for the overall projects. Developing overall construction sequence for the Projects. Perform constructability reviews during design phase. Develop & implement contracting strategy for the substations & all packages and do the following works according to IEC Standard and handover. Main Responsibility:•Preparation ongoing Government utility sector & Private project wise materials for power Transmission & Distribution.230kV/132kV/33kV, 33kV/11kV, 11kV/.415 kV HV,MV & LT switchgear and purchase requisition check, production order & shop drawing cell wise production plan.•Oversight of the development & review of all specifications to support RFPs (including renewable energy). Review & evaluate all bids for materials, equipment & services.Assist Project procurement personnel in the negotiation of all substation contracts.•Development of scope of work & conceptual designs for modifications using cutting-edge technology with renewable energy to substations capacity according to supply demand for making projects more efficient.•Oversight and management of all contractors, equipment & services providers to ensure that safety, quality, Environment, cost and schedule expectations are met. Track construction & equipment budgets within the Project overall budget.
