Battery Cell Manufacturing Delivered the Battery Cell Manufacturing Program in Berlin from design to ready for start of production. Led the Project Engineering team responsible for integrating the manufacturing equipment design, synchronizing the delivery schedules, installing the equipment and commissioning Supervised building the Battery Cell organization in Berlin, creating the team structures, job portfolios, interviewing the candidates, training and on-boarding the full team. Working with the construction teams and permits team on factory designs needs and acceleration plans. The team efforts led to delivering the Battery Cell factory with the worlds’ newest technology in record time.
