Tom’s role as a farm manager leads him to analyze potential income opportunities, mediate lease negotiations, provide boots on the ground assessment and evaluation of farm/ranch condition, provide crop marketing recommendations, and assist in real estate transactions.Tom was raised on a farm near North Platte then was a college athlete at Morningside University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration, graduating with honors. Tom’s emphasis in education was Farm Management. Tom independently developed a farm profitability projection tool; his Farm Firm Accounting Stochastic Simulation Model allows him to input all possible variables and be able to accurately predict production for years in the future. Tom strives to improve every farm he manages for the long term, and his proprietary projection model shows his clients how adding organic matter or infrastructure could affect their bottom line for years to come.Tom takes pride and satisfaction in creating a personalized plan for each of his clients based on their individual goals and aspirations for the property.
