A versatile Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, I specialise in leading complex, high-stakes investigations involving fraud, misconduct, third-party risk and regulatory scrutiny—often with cross-border dimensions. My experience spans both in-house and consulting environments, giving me a well-rounded perspective on risk and integrity challenges in global organisations. As an in-house investigator at a global biopharmaceutical company, I manage a diverse caseload across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with Legal, Compliance, HR, Internal Audit and external counsel. My consulting experience includes monitorships, asset tracing, and ABAC, AML and sanctions compliance reviews—often under regulatory oversight and involving sensitive, multinational issues. Before transitioning to the corporate world, I built a successful five-year career as a classical musician, as a prize-winning graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music. This foundation instilled in me the discipline, creativity and adaptability that continue to shape my professional approach. Self-taught in Portuguese, I have a track record of success on high-profile projects in Portugal, Brazil and Angola.
