As the inaugural Global Head of Enterprise Architecture, recruited to the CIO\'s leadership team, I am establishing a world-class global practice from the ground up. My focus is on building a modern, agile-aligned enterprise architecture leveraging team topologies to drive organizational agility.I am defining a target-state architecture to modernize our technology landscape through strategic initiatives including cloud transformation, data and AI integration, and seamless application integration. This includes establishing nimble, adaptive governance with rapid decision-making frameworks and reusable patterns. A key priority is fostering a vibrant architecture community with clear career pathways to attract and develop top talent.My mission is to deliver significant business value by simplifying legacy systems, reducing TCO, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring technology investments are intrinsically linked to our global business strategies, positioning us for future growth and innovation.
