Identified risks, collaborated with leadership to remove barriers, socialized key milestones, and communicated findings to client management. • Increased project performance to improve client support experience and reduced the need for disruptions. Developed project schedule, milestones risk analysis, and mitigations.• Safeguarded deadline adherence by leading several project baselines.
