Work for NOSCO (Network Operations Supply Chain Operations), mainly in the PLM-Ops (Product Lifecycle Management) team. This project involves the establishment, maintenance, and decommissioning of data centers all over the world, supporting Google architecture across all platforms. • Work on the internal ERP toolset, mainly handling the new part creation process, new part integrations, and other internal cleanup and mapping activities related to the product lines they belong to. • Assisting engineers and various teams on the field with inventory and lead time issues by maintaining the internal shop tool (gPLM/Agile). • Work with cross-functional teams globally, on how to make the current process more efficient and user-friendly while identifying and finding solutions to resolve the pain points in the process affecting the major KPIs. • Manage and work with various teams to expedite and place locally sourced products, and support consistent scheduling, warehouse transfers globally, and allocation across multiple facilities especially in complex countries that do not allow for shipping/sourcing international products. • Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and monitor customs duties and taxes. • Implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain management and reduce transportation costs. • Gained comprehensive knowledge of EMS/ODM/JDM/OEM business models, contributing to consignment and turnkey materials management initiatives. • Support PLM team in GPN Change, Open BOM Template, and NPI Equipment process. • Work closely with Engineers, Product Managers, buyers, and supply chain colleagues. • Integrate SOC best practices by monitoring system logs and network events to detect anomalies in supply chain processes. • Collaborate with IT security teams to analyze potential threats, leveraging SIEM tools and threat intelligence to enhance incident response protocols within the supply chain context.
