I am an executive architect who transforms healthcare organizations through AI and venture building.I operate under a simple conviction: Strategy without execution is just hallucination. For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of enterprise scale and startup agility to ensure that high-level vision actually hits the ground. I am drawn to the high-stakes ambiguity of the \"whitespace\"—those undefined gaps in the healthcare market where the biggest problems haven\'t yet found a solution. My focus is on navigating these spaces to translate strategic vision into high-performing, commercialized ventures.Currently, as Senior Director of Venture Design & Innovation at GuideWell, I lead the enterprise venture architecture. My work involves identifying market gaps, de-risking new concepts, and building the structural foundations that allow emerging solutions to become fundable, market-facing entities.To turn strategy into reality, I developed a framework called Innovation-as-a-Service. By combining native AI capabilities with rapid prototyping, we move past \"pilot-purgatory\" to deliver substantial efficiency gains and exponentially faster delivery cycles. I don\'t believe in innovation for innovation’s sake; whether I’m moving a concept from a whitespace insight into a multi-year commercial agreement at GuideWell, or advising high-growth companies, the goal is always sustainable, clinical, and financial ROI.Ecosystem & Market Intelligence - to keep my enterprise strategies at the cutting edge, I stay deeply rooted in the venture world. As Managing Partner at ROI Venture Design Studio, I bridge the gap between \"startup speed\" and \"enterprise rigor.\" I’ve had the privilege of advising ventures through significant milestones—from the growth of Canopie to the recent acquisition of CareAcademy. This cross-pollination ensures the work I do internally is always informed by where the market is headed next.The Human Side Transformation is a human endeavor.
