It supplies automatic transmission to over 250 OEMs globally, including leading Indian manufacturers such as Ashok Leyland and Tata.\\\\n\\\\nJoined as The first Employee, held a key role of procuring land, construction of world class facility and commencing commercial sales in just 12 months and was instrumental in winning two National Awards for the Organization.\\\\n\\\\nNoteworthy attainments:\\\\nProject in India was completed in a span of 9 months, and commenced commercial shipment within 12 months.\\\\n\\\\n3.6 Million Man-hours with ZERO LOSS and ZERO RECORDABLES at site.(Till date)\\\\n\\\\nIndia Project was launched in Chennai on time, within budget supported with extremely lean work force.\\\\n\\\\nHolds the credit of devising the vision & strategy for business development, turnover growth, profitability, localization, new customers and new project acquisition.\\\\n\\\\nPlayed a key role in constituting the state of the art quality and Metallurgical labs at low costs.\\\\n\\\\nWorld class Employee engagement activities were simultaneously launched during start up Phase itself.(Red tag, TAGE, Q Report, 3C5S, My M/C campaign, Visual Factory, TPM, SDWT are few to mention)\\\\nWon the Golden Peacock National Award through 13th World Congress – IOD Group in a Year’s time on “Occupational Health and Safety”\\\\n\\\\nWon the Golden Peacock National Quality Award and selected as the Vice Chairman of the Organizing committee by the IOD Group.\\\\n\\\\nSuccessfully steered the Phase -2. Project for India region and horizontally all the lean concepts in assembly lines.\\\\n“ZERO PPM” facility till date, with Best in class Quality systems and benchmarked as the model facility in all aspects during the “Quality Meet – 2011” at Oragadam area.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
