I oversee billing, revenue cycle, compliance, and the day to day flow of the agency. Beyond that, I’m the go to person when something isn’t working as it should. Whether it’s intake, HR, coordination, payroll, EVV, or system integrations, I step in, figure out the issue, and put a process in place to fix it properly.My focus is not just solving problems, but preventing them. I build structure where things are unclear and make sure operations run smoothly behind the scenes so the business can function without constant firefighting.Outside of work, I invest in real estate with a long term mindset. I take a disciplined, independent approach, making calculated decisions and steadily building a portfolio focused on stability and growth.I’m not focused on titles. I focus on ownership, responsibility, and making sure things run the way they’re supposed to.

When challenges arise in HR, intake, coordination, system integrations, EVV, payroll processing, or third-party vendor platforms, I step in to analyze the issue, implement structure, and create practical solutions that prevent recurrence. I focus on building processes that reduce delays, improve accountability, and protect cash flow without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.With a background in software development, I approach operations with a systems mindset. I design internal controls, automate workflows, implement data validation checks, and strengthen reporting transparency so leadership has clear visibility into performance and risk. My work bridges finance, compliance, technology, and daily field operations to ensure caregivers are paid accurately, claims are clean and collectible, and the agency operates with discipline rather than reaction.At my core, I am an operator.
