With over 16 years of experience in Maintenance & Manufacturing Excellence within FMCG and Food & Beverage with almost 8 years experience in a global leader company (P&G). My career period was deviated between good times and hard times and both of them helped polishing my skills, experience & personality. During building my career life, I considered some believes which guided me and kept me one of Forefront leaders as following: 1- The important thing is not to stop questioning. 2- If you can\'t explain it simply, you don\'t understand it well enough. 3- We can\'t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them. 4- Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. 5- Once we accept our limits, we go beyond them. I’m currently working with pladis Foods Nigeria Ltd, and enjoying what I’m doing there.
