ABOUT MORVYN RADLOW

I am a partner in White & Case\'s debt finance group in London, focusing on complex financial restructurings and insolvencies. I am dual-qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales (2018) and in Scotland (2011).I have extensive experience advising companies, insolvency practitioners, banks, investment funds and other financial institutions on cross-border restructurings, formal insolvencies and distressed debt investments. I also have experience in loan sale and purchase transactions, having worked with bidders and buyers on their diligence and acquisition of a number of non-performing loan portfolios.I am ranked by Legal 500 as a \"Rising Star\" in the restructuring and insolvency field, with it being noted that I \"continue to develop a strong reputation, particularly among funds clients\". In 2021 I was recognised as one of the best up and coming female lawyers under the age of 40 by Law.com (Legal Week) in its 2021 Female Rising Stars list.In 2017, I spent eight months on secondment to the European Special Situations Group of Goldman Sachs in London, advising on restructuring, direct lending and corporate transactions. I have also completed secondments to the Restructuring team at a major UK bank (in 2012 – 2013) and to the general counsel\'s office of Standard Life Aberdeen plc (in 2010 – 2011).
