Cotiviti provides consultative services to the Health Insurance industry and CMS on provider claim accuracy. As the lead Medical Director of Cotiviti\'s Clinical Claim Validation Services (CCVS), I am responsible for the concepts governing complex Part A reviews. I lead a team of physicians, RNs and auditors as we review claims for Medical Necessity and DRG integrity. I am responsible for Clinical Policy development, and claim selection logic. I provide support for sales, client services, new client implementation, provider relations, and business analytics. I participate in audit and appeal consultations and contribute to staff training. I also contribute to the development of application software, new audit products, process refinement and strategic planning.
