Provides mentorship and training to new staff, agents and managers. Conducts research and data analysis on local markets and builds research reports and other custom marketing materials. Provides back-up support for marketing including Adobe Creative document creation. Former Assistant to the National Seniors Housing Group and Acting Operations Manager for the Seattle office.
