He currently works as a Director of ESG Strategy on BMO Capital Markets\' Equity Research team where he integrates ESG factors into BMO\'s fundamental equity research product and publishes research notes on varied ESG themes. Before joining BMO Capital Markets Doug worked at Sustainalytics as head of the firm\'s Portfolio Research and Thematic Research teams.Doug has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto (UofT), a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the Munk Centre for Global Affairs at UofT, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia
