   As a leader within the Technology Partners Center of Excellence, I lead strategy and planning for organizations and teams across the company and around the world, provide customer and market insights to support AWS’s strategic investments and inform the agenda of Amazon’s senior leadership. I drive alignment across stakeholders to develop the company\'s partnership strategy and define top priorities for AWS.I have brought key initiatives to life, including- Co-founding AWS’s Business Applications technical field community, which unlocks transformational outcomes for customers adopting partner solutions on AWS- Maturing AWS’s legal technology business by cultivating deep technology partnerships to reach new customer segments- Refocusing the company’s global partner marketing strategy to satisfy intensifying market interest in AI-powered business applications- Growing AWS’s AI applications to achieve the goals of the senior leadership team (Amazon CEO level / “steam” goals).Moreover, I have driven technical strategy within a partner portfolio consisting of thousands of partners globally and built teams to provide bespoke partner development of the top $1T of market cap through high-touch co-innovation and co-engineering efforts, often directly influencing c-level leaders at large, public companies.
