I work in direct lending, helping high volume mortgage brokers secure fast and reliable DSCR and bridge financing for their clients. Over time, I’ve funded millions of dollars in loans but for me, the real success has always been the relationships I built along the way.Every broker I work with becomes part of my team at Express Capital Financing. I make sure they feel supported, understood, and backed by someone who’s fully invested in their deals. I dive into their pipeline, help structure their files, communicate clearly, and stay with them from submission to closing. When a broker sends me a deal, they know I’m in it with them, not just as a lender, but as a true partner.What motivates me most is building real partnerships. I value trust, communication, and consistency, and I make it a priority to show up for my brokers every single day. High volume brokers count on me because I approach every deal as a shared effort, not just a file on my desk.I’m always focused on growing, improving my skills, learning from the brokers I serve, and pushing myself to become better day by day. My long-term goal is to pursue an MBA and continue expand my knowledge of finance, leadership, and strategy.At the core of everything I do is my family.
