1. Parks Administration Manager

   Monroe County

   Jun 2020 — Present

   Responsible for preparing the annual budget and continuous tracking of operating and capital expenditures, including reporting to the Director of Parks and county Finance Dept. Work directly with division heads to execute their purchasing and hiring priorities- Act as liaison and point of contact for Information Services, Finance, and Human Resources departments- Prepare grant acceptances, creations of new capital projects, and other matters that go before the County Legislature. Complete applications for regular NYS grant funding through state Zoos, Botanical Gardens, and Aquariums program and submit regular reports documenting expenditures to New York State- Oversee purchasing for the department including public bids for large capital purchases and execution of professional services contracts- Developed expert-level knowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning software, with primary responsibility for submitting requisitions, generation of budget and personnel reports, and creating receivables for tracking of department revenue- Process the hiring and onboarding of over 200 seasonal staff members each year- Temporarily assigned to work with Monroe County Office of Emergency Management on COVID-19 pandemic response from Dec. 2020 - May 2021. Helped manage mass rapid testing sites, improving data collection and result reporting, and then helped build out, create processes for, and operate mass vaccination site at Rochester Riverside Convention Center
