About Ed Morris

I am an aerospace executive with a proven record of identifying, developing, and executing innovative solutions to solve complex challenges for national and global stakeholders. I have been blessed to fulfill roles that enable me to bring my passion for the space domain “high ground” to my daily work. The space domain offers unlimited growth potential for national security solutions, human exploration, cost-effective and safe global transport, scientific research, and entrepreneurial utilization. I have consistently achieved positive results as my level and scope of responsibility has increased providing space-based solutions in response to national security, civil government, and industry customer needs.I initiated my space career as a military officer with the goal of leveraging my technical degree and leadership training to enter the human spaceflight program. The tragic loss of Challenger resulted in my assignment to lead operations of the nation’s new unmanned heavy launch system and follow-on program execution of innovative launch systems for military, NASA, and international customers. Space domain solutions are truly infinite, and I was fortunate to expand into satellite, payload and user sectors, leading teams for solution development, global sales, and national policy implementation.
