I serve as the Chief Executive Officer at Albertsons Companies, a leading food and drug retailer, where I help to bring people together around the joys of food and to inspire well-being. In this role I lead the Company\'s growth and innovation through the accelerated strategy to earn Customers for Life, with a focus on digital engagement in e-commerce, loyalty, pharmacy and health, and in-store, as well as connecting retail brands with shoppers around the joys of food through the Albertsons Media Collective.My first job was at an Albertsons store in Denver when I was in high school, which started the nearly four-decade long career I have had so far in the retail grocery industry. I am so proud to work alongside our amazing team members, who show up every day and take wonderful care of our customers, company, and each other.Along the way I earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, while also continuing to grow with the Company. I have served in various roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, Executive Vice President of Regional Operations, Division President in two markets, and various other leadership roles across merchandising and operations.I’m also honored to serve on the Board of Directors of IDACORP, Inc.(NYSE: IDA) and the Food Marketing Institute, along with receiving a Trailblazer Award and Top Women in Grocery from Progressive Grocer. What inspires me each day are the dedicated associates who differentiate Albertsons Companies by making it effortless, inspiring, affordable and personal for our customers.
