Air Force PBES Subject Matter Expert (SME) conducts, designs, and facilitates training programs, overseeing in-person and virtual sessions while assessing their effectiveness. Additionally, the SME is responsible for coordinating participant enrollment and managing logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and equipment requirements- Provide assistance and training to new users, linking PBES functionalities with Air Force PPB processes- Ensure new users develop skills to perform confidently and compliantly with Air Force policies and procedures- Offer desk-side, phone, or virtual support to assist PBES users in their daily responsibilities- Contribute to the support and enhancement of the PBES helpdesk- Streamline PBES technical functionalities to facilitate seamless integration into users\' daily operations- Assess feedback collected via surveys and analyze employee performance metrics to ascertain the alignment of learning outcomes with training objectives- Leverage this data to enhance training content and methodologies as necessary- Continuous evaluation of training effectiveness is crucial for improving training programs- Interpret Program, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPB) processes into specific PBES requirements- Serve as a liaison between the functional requirements of PBES users and the corresponding technical solutions.
