About Art Morrical

I had a successful and rewarding career as a Quality Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, where I was a TL Expert and a Reliability Expert. I implemented and designed metrics and KPIs, conducted audits, and authored the TL Measurements Handbook 5.0, which provides the ICT industry with benchmark measurements. I also served as a Vice Chair and a Fellow at QuEST Forum, a global organization that promotes quality and performance excellence in the telecom sector. I received the QuEST Forum COO Award in 2012 for my leadership and dedication. My mission is to deliver excellence and value to my clients and stakeholders through quality management and continuous improvement. Now I cheer for my horse Frugo at the World Equestrian Center championships.
