About Morrelle M.

I am a Project Engineer specializing in water resources, with a strong foundation in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and a commitment to sustainable infrastructure and climate resilience. At Garver, I contribute to floodplain and stormwater management projects through detailed modeling and technical documentation, supporting regulatory processes and engineering decisions. With dual Master’s degrees in Water Resources Engineering and Civil Engineering, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to engineering challenges. I have passed the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam and am actively building the professional experience required for licensure. My experience includes FEMA-related work such as LOMRs and CLOMRs, and I regularly use tools like HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and SWMM to deliver data-driven solutions.Prior to joining Garver, I worked as a consultant with the World Bank, where I supported transport infrastructure projects across Central Africa for countries like Cameroon, Chad and Central African Republic. My work involved preparing project completion reports, analyzing financial documentation, and contributing to the development of a national road safety database.I thrive in collaborative environments and value opportunities to work across disciplines and cultures. I am committed to growing in my role as a Project Engineer and continuing to build expertise that supports resilient and impactful infrastructure.
