Michael Oropallo

About Michael Oropallo

I am a well-rounded immunologist and toxicologist with 15 years of laboratory experience working with murine, monkey, and human samples. Additionally, I have 10 years of drug development experience with a focus on immunology and oncology. I have an in-depth knowledge of the innate and adaptive immune systems of mice, monkeys, and humans, B and T cell homeostasis, T and B cell signaling pathways, autoimmunity, humanized mouse models, and mucosal immunology. I also have advanced training with cell culture, flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques (q-pcr, western blotting, etc.), and analysis of cytokine/antibody secretion via immunoassays. My goal is to use my research expertise, problem solving skills, and drug development experience to contribute to the delivery of novel life changing therapeutics.
