I have several years of experience in Operations. I am a team player with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.    As a Consultant for the Verizon Connect Business Operations organization, I serve as one of the few dedicated Project Managers for multiple teams within the team\'s organization. I work to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and resources to drive key decisions, identify the necessary resources needed to deliver the project objectives, proactively identify and solve risks and issues that could negatively impact the project, and ensure that the project is completed in a timely manner amd within scope. I do this by ensuring key initiatives are clearly defined, documented, and communicated across business units. In this role I also develop detailed project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports by tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers. Outside of Project Management aspect, I have also been responsible for preparing for operational readiness during key launches as well as present at weekly governance meetings with the Business Intelligence leadership team where I report out status and facilitate further discussion.
