I will assist the home buyer in designing and writing the offer, and if the offer is accepted, I will assist with the final agreement to ensure its lawfully binding and accurate. I\'m committed to stay on top of the entire process to make sure any problems that surface during the home inspection or other movements are quickly corrected. I\'m also required to renegotiate the contract.
