PRISM SCM is a 100% subsidiary of CEVA LogisticsAs a 4PL Regional contract Manager among other tasks I have the following responsibilities: Animate contract management and performance reviews as per Contract’s Governance.• Ensure reporting and KPI are delivered in due time.• Setup and follow-up Design & Re-Engineering savings plans,• Setup and follow-up Continuous Improvement Plans• Ensure Operational Savings are delivered• Ensure Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction are delivered• Ensure Data Quality in Reports & KPIs.Analyze, study and fully acknowledge the Tender’s offer (sizing hypothesis) and the Contractual documentation validated during the Implementation phase (contract, Process, SOP, Operating Guide, Communication Matrix, Escalation Channel, KPI, SLA, etc.).Identify the potential risks (legal, commercial, financial, operational, etc.) and propose measures in order to protect Prism, while considering the Customer’s requirements.Identify the potential improvements & opportunities in order to secure the savings plan and increase sales.Setup and Follow-up corresponding risks, improvement & opportunities projects.Ensure that the documentation is maintained and centralized, and that processes are known and applied within the 4PL organization.Ensure and monitor the savings commitments per year as the main project leader for its perimetersReport all commercial and operational issues to the contract manager, if applicable.Support with all MoT ( mode of transorts) but with a focus on Airfreight
