I started in performance marketing, got obsessed with data and system building and realized over time the most interesting problems for me weren\'t in a specific GTM area, they were in how companies are built to scale. At Instaffo, I now lead Operations: Marketplace strategy, automation & AI, data, and finance. The goal is simple: Grow revenue without growing complexity and added friction.
