ABOUT MORITZ HAGEDORN
The only way you can light other people on fire is to be lit yourself, from the inside.” – Tim Grover Joining the maturias in 2020, I had the opportunity to start my professional career in the search industry. While learning the business “from scratch” and being taught by a diverse group of consultants, not only did I sharpen my analytical, communicational, and self-managerial skills, but also grew personally – eventually leading to further responsibility within project execution and client management. Committing myself to excellence and creativity, I also got the opportunity to take responsibility for various internal projects, regarding a broad range of topics. Besides, I’m gaining first experience in leading and mentoring (junior) colleagues, trying to model how to become more of a consultant and less of a recruiter. By focusing on Rec2Rec-assignments throughout Germany, I’m aspiring to leverage people’s search and/or origination careers as well as companion executive search consultancies in growing their businesses. In doing so, it is my passion to offer long-term, strategic solutions which exceed the idea of “placing”. Feel free to reach out!
